हिमाचल प्रदेश भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कामगार कल्याण बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष नरदेव सिंह कंवर की अध्यक्षता में आज यहां बोर्ड के निदेशक मण्डल की 49वीं बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में बोर्ड से सम्बंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की गई। इस अवसर पर बोर्ड ने अधिकारियों के माध्यम से पंचायत स्तर पर पंजीकृत श्रमिकों की ई-केवाईसी की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने का निर्णय लिया। निदेशक मण्डल ने स्टाफ सहित जिला मण्डी के बालीचौकी में उप-कार्यालय स्थापित करने का भी निर्णय लिया।
नरदेव सिंह कंवर ने कहा कि बोर्ड आउटसोर्स सेवाओं के समझौते के मामले पर चर्चा कर इस मामले में एचपीएसईडीसी और आउटसोर्स एंजैंसी के साथ बैठक कर उचित निर्णय लेगा।निदेशक मण्डल ने सरकारी वस्तुओं की खरीद के साथ-साथ विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के प्रचार के लिए 2 करोड़ रुपये के अतिरिक्त बजट को भी मंजूरी दी। इसके अलावा बोर्ड जिला स्तर पर 12 आउटडोर एलईडी और अन्य कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के व्यापक प्रचार के लिए उचित मूल्य की दुकानों पर अस्थाई फ्लैक्स, होर्डिंग लगाए जाएंगे।
नरदेव सिंह ने बोर्ड के अधिकारियों को श्रमिकों के कल्याण के लिए प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही योजनाओं के लाभ सुनिश्चित करने के लिए हर सम्भव प्रयास सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
सचिव एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी राजीव कुमार ने भी बैठक के दौरान बोर्ड की बेहतरी और इसकी गतिविधियों को और प्रभावी तरीके से बढ़ाने के संदर्भ में अपने बहुमूल्य सुझाव दिए।बोर्ड के सदस्य विजय वर्धन, भूपेंद्र सिंह, जे.सी चौहान, प्रदीप कुमार, मनीष करोल, ज्योति चौहान, अमर सिंह और नीलम गुप्ता ने बैठक में भाग लिया।
