छह से छात्रों को बुलाने की तैयारी, स्कूल में ही होंगी ऑफलाइन परीक्षाएं, 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ पढ़ाई
हिमाचल में भी छात्रों की पढ़ाई ऑफलाइन होगी। छह सितंबर से स्कूलों में छात्रों की ऑफलाइन कक्षाएं शुरू करना तय हो चुका है। उधर, शिक्षा विभाग ने स्कूल प्रबंधन को भी इस बारे में पत्र जारी कर दिए है। बताया जा रहा है कि नौवीं से बारहवीं तक के छात्रों की परीक्षाएं भी ऑफलाइन होंगी। यानी कि जो परीक्षाएं चार सितंबर से छात्रों की शुरू हो रही हैं, उन परीक्षाओं को ऑफलाइन करवाने की तैयारी भी चल रही है। शिक्षा विभाग से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार स्कूल खोलने पर माइक्रो प्लान तैयार कर दिया गया है। साथ ही स्कूल प्रबंधन को आदेश जारी किए गए हैं कि वेे छात्रों की संख्या के आधार पर कक्षाओं में बुलाने की प्लानिंग करें। बता दें कि अब 50 प्रतिशत की कैपेसिटी के साथ ही छात्र क्लासरूम में बैठेंगे। विभाग ने अभी से ही माइक्रो प्लान पर स्कूल खोलने को कहा है।
शिक्षा अधिकारियों की मानें, तो ऑनलाइन व ऑफलाइन सुझाव में अभिभावकों ने स्कूल खोलने की बात कही है। उच्च शिक्षा निदेशक की मानें, तो 90 प्रतिशत अभिभावक अपने बच्चों को स्कूल में भेजना चाहते हैं। विभाग ने सरकार को चार सितंबर के बाद छात्रों को बुलाने पर क्या फैसला लेना है, इसको लेकर प्रोपोजल भेज दिया है। अब सरकार की अंतिम मंजूरी के बाद एक बार फिर से स्कूलों में छात्रों की रौनक लौट आएगी। बता दें कि प्रदेश में अब कोरोना के मामले फिर से कम होने लगे हैं। ऐसे में शिक्षा विभाग का मानना है कि छात्रों की ऑफलाइन कक्षाएं शुरू कर देनी चाहिएं। दरअसल पिछले डेढ़ साल से छात्रों की शिक्षा ऑनलाइन भरोसे है। ऐसे में विभाग के अधिकारियों का मानना है कि इससे शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता पर भी बुरा असर पड़ रहा है। ऐसे में अब जरूरी है कि छात्रों के लिए स्कूलों को बुलाया जा सके।
प्रिंसीपल के हवाले सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी
बताया जा रहा है कि शिक्षा विभाग ने जो माइक्रो प्लान स्कूलों में भेजा है, उसमें साफ किया गया है कि वैकल्पिक दिनों में भी छात्रों को बुलाया जा सकता है। जिन स्कूलों में छात्रों की संख्या ज्यादा होगी, वहां पर कक्षाओं को डिवाइड किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही छात्रों की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी प्रिंसीपल की तय की गई है।
