हिमाचल प्रदेश मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक मंगलवार को राज्य अतिथि गृह पीटरहॉफ शिमला में मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर की अध्यक्षता में सुबह 10:30 बजे होगी। कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच सरकार बंदिशों को बढ़ा सकती है। खासकर जनसभाओं पर रोक लगाई जा सकती है। शादी, धार्मिक, सामाजिक और अन्य समारोहों में भी भीड़ को कम करने का निर्णय लिया जा सकता है।
स्कूलों-कॉलेजों में एक सितंबर से विद्यार्थियों की नियमित कक्षाएं लगने के आसार भी कम हैं। कोरोना के मामले बढ़ने पर ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई को ही जारी रखने का सरकार फैसला ले सकती है। शिक्षण संस्थानों में विद्यार्थियों के आने पर लगाई गई रोक के फैसले की बैठक में समीक्षा होगी।
शिक्षा विभाग ने स्कूलों में दसवीं और बारहवीं कक्षा के विद्यार्थियों और कॉलेजों में सप्ताह में तीन-तीन दिन के लिए विद्यार्थियों को बुलाने का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया है। अब मंत्रिमंडल तय करेगा कि विद्यार्थियों को बुलाना है या नहीं।
उल्लेखनीय है कि एक सितंबर से कॉलेजों में फर्स्ट ईयर के विद्यार्थियों का नया शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू होगा। सेकेंड और थर्ड ईयर के विद्यार्थियों की 16 अगस्त से ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं शुरू हो गई हैं। स्कूलों में सरकार ने 30 अगस्त तक विद्यार्थियों को बुलाने पर रोक लगाई हुई है। शिक्षकों और गैर शिक्षकों को स्कूलों में आकर ही ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई करवाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
