मंडी: देवभूमि हिमाचल रिश्तों को तार-तार करने वाली घटनाओं से लगातार शर्मसार हो रही है और इस तरह की घटनायें रूकने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। ऐसा ही एक मामला छोटी काशी मंडी शहर के साथ लगते तल्याहड़ गांव में सामने आया। जिसके तहत 11 साल की मासूम के साथ उसके ही दो चचेरे भाईयों ने दुष्कर्म की शर्मनाक घटना को अंजाम दिया। पीड़िता की मां ने महिला पुलिस थाना मंडी में इसकी शिकायत दर्ज कराई है।पुलिस द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार मंडी शहर के साथ लगते तल्याहड़ क्षेत्र में रहने वाले एक दंपत्ति ने इस बिटिया को गोद लिया है। पीड़िता की मां द्वारा थाने में दर्ज करवाई शिकायत के अनुसार पीड़िता के दो चचेरे भाईयों ने दो बार इस मासूम के साथ दुष्कर्म की घटना को अंजाम दिया।पहली बार करीब 2 माह पूर्व मासूम के साथ हैवानियत हुई। दूसरी बार एक माह पहले फिर से इसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया गया। पुलिस ने महिला के बयान के आधार पर एफआईआर दर्ज करके मामले में कार्रवाई करते हुए दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। इस संबंध में मंडी की पुलिस अधीक्षक शालिनी अग्निहोत्री ने बताया कि पुलिस ने धारा 376, 377, 506 व पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आगामी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है।उन्होंने कहा कि पीड़िता का मेडिकल करवाने के बाद पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में पेश किया। न्यायालय ने दोनों आरोपियों को 15 दिन के न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है।
