जानकारी के अनुसार पूरा मामला गाड़ी को पास देने को लेकर हुआ है। शुक्रवार देर शाम को बंजार से जिभी के लिए दिल्ली के पर्यटक की बीएमडब्ल्यू आ रही थी और उसके पीछे एक टैक्सी थी। रास्ते में टैक्सी चालक ने अजय दलाल से जब पास मांगा तो उसने पास देने के बजाए टैक्सी चालक रोक कर पहले तो डराया और फिर पिस्तौल निकाल ली। ये सब देखकर स्थानीय लोग एकत्र हो गए उन्होंने टूरिस्ट को रोक लिया। गाड़ी रोके जाने के बाद अजय दलाल व उसकी साथी युवती दोनों ने हंगामा किया। इसके बाद पुलिस भी बुलाई गई तो वे पुलिस के साथ भी उलझ पड़े। इसके बाद युवक को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया । बाद में पुलिस ने उसे जमानत पर छोड़ दिया है। पुलिस जांच में पता चला है कि पिस्तौल खाली थी, पुलिस ने उसे सीज कर लिया है।
