अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान के कब्जे के बाद हिमाचल में भी इसका असर देखने को मिल रहा है। हिमाचल में आईसीसीआर (इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ कल्चरल रिलेशन) के तहत पढऩे आए अफगानी छात्र मानसिक तनाव से जूझ रहे हैं। प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय में 15 अफगानी छात्र पढ़ रहे हैं। इसी के साथ पालमपुर, नौणी विश्वविद्यालय में आईसीसीआर के तहत स्टडी वीजा लेकर छात्र पढऩे पहुंचे हैं। इनमें से कई छात्र ऐसे हैं, जिनका स्टडी वीजा अगले माह खत्म हो जाएगा। उधर, अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान के कब्जे से घबराए छात्र अब वापस नहीं जाना चाहते हैं। उनका कहना है कि भारत सरकार उनके स्टडी वीजा को एक्सटेंड करे। वहीं, कुछ समय के लिए सुरक्षित जगह पर रहने दिया जाए।
बता दे कि शिमला एपी गोयल में 19 अफगानी छात्र स्टडी कर रहे हैं। अन्य प्राइवेट यूनिवसिटी में भी दर्जनों छात्र पढ़ रहे है। कुल मिलकार हिमाचल में 100 से ज्यादा अफगानिस्तान छात्र पढ़ रहे है। इसमें से कई छात्र ऐसे हैं, जिनकी डिग्री का अंतिम चरण है। एचपीयू में पढ़ रहे अफगानिस्तान के छात्रों का कहना है कि करीब एक हफ्ते से वेे अपनी पढ़ाई पर भी ढंग हीं दे पा रहे है। इसके साथ ही उनके घरवाले भी यह कह रहे हैं कि वेे अभी वापस न आएं, क्योंकि वहां माहौल खराब है। वहीं अफगानिस्तान में तालिबानी कब्जा होने के से दुनिया भर के लोग हैरान व परेशान हैं।
तालिबान कब्जे को लेकर खबरों ने तनाव बढ़़ा दिया है। घर वाले कहते हैं कि अभी यहां नहीं आना। भारत सरकार हमारे स्टडी वीजा को बड़ाए यह उम्मीद है।
