शिमला। मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार दोपहर 12 बजे राज्य सचिवालय में होने वाली हिमाचल प्रदेश कैबिनेट बैठक में कई अहम मुद्दों पर निर्णय लिए जा सकते हैं।
इस बैठक में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भवन निर्माण के नए नियम, पंचायतीराज चुनाव, और शिमला रोपवे प्रोजेक्ट जैसे महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों पर चर्चा होगी।
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भवन निर्माण के लिए नई गाइडलाइन
बैठक में पंचायतीराज विभाग की ओर से ग्रामीण इलाकों में नक्शे के तहत भवन निर्माण को लेकर प्रस्तुति दी जाएगी।
सरकार की मंशा है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लोग आसानी से अपने मकान बना सकें, लेकिन नदी-नालों के किनारे निर्माण पर रोक लगाई जाएगी।
नए नियमों के तहत, गांवों में भवन निर्माण के नक्शे तैयार करने का अधिकार सर्वेयर या अधिकृत एजेंसियों को दिया जाएगा।
500 वर्ग मीटर से कम क्षेत्र में घर बनाने के लिए नियमों को सरल किया जा सकता है, ताकि ग्रामीण जनता को कोई परेशानी न हो।
पंचायतीराज चुनाव पर भी होगा निर्णय
बैठक में पंचायतीराज चुनाव की तिथि को लेकर भी स्थिति स्पष्ट हो सकती है।
सूत्रों के अनुसार, कुछ उपायुक्तों ने आपदा की स्थिति को देखते हुए चुनाव में देरी की सिफारिश की है।
कैबिनेट इस पर अंतिम निर्णय ले सकती है।
शिमला रोपवे प्रोजेक्ट को मिल सकती है मंजूरी
कैबिनेट बैठक में तारादेवी-शिमला रोपवे प्रोजेक्ट को भी मंजूरी मिलने की संभावना है।
करीब 14 किलोमीटर लंबा यह रोपवे शिमला शहर के 15 प्रमुख स्टेशनों को जोड़ेगा।
इस प्रोजेक्ट को केंद्रीय वन मंत्रालय से स्टेज-1 मंजूरी पहले ही मिल चुकी है।
परियोजना की नई लागत लगभग ₹2296 करोड़ बताई जा रही है, जो पहले ₹1734 करोड़ थी।
इस प्रोजेक्ट के पूरा होने पर शिमला में ट्रैफिक जाम की समस्या में बड़ी राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।
मेयर-डिप्टी मेयर का कार्यकाल बढ़ सकता है
कैबिनेट बैठक में नगर निगम शिमला के मेयर और डिप्टी मेयर के कार्यकाल को ढाई साल से बढ़ाकर पांच साल करने पर फैसला हो सकता है।
विभागीय सूत्रों के अनुसार, वर्तमान मेयर-डिप्टी मेयर को ही पूरे कार्यकाल तक बनाए रखने पर चर्चा होगी।
खाली पदों पर भर्ती पर भी फैसला संभव
बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों में रिक्त पदों को भरने का भी निर्णय लिया जा सकता है।
साथ ही, आपदा प्रभावितों को राहत वितरण कार्यक्रमों की रूपरेखा पर भी चर्चा होगी।
