आठ अगस्त से अपने घर से संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में लापता गड़ूही गांव की विवाहिता ज्योति का शव गत मंगलवार देर शाम बरामद हुआ है। यह शव पंचायत भराड़ू के तहत पड़ते मकोड़ा के जंगल में मिला। गल-सड़ चुका शव एक पेड़ से लटका हुआ पाया गया, जिसकी पहचान नहीं की जा सकती, लेकिन मृतका की सास ने पैरों में पहनी हुई वी-शेप चप्पल से पहचान करके पुष्टि की और कहा कि यह चप्पल उनकी बहू की है।
एक महीने के बाद लापता ज्योति का गला सड़ा शव उसके घर के पीछे वाले जंगल से ही बरामद हुआ है। जोगिंद्रनगर उपमंडल के हराबाग क्षेत्र के नकेहड़ गांव की 23 वर्षीय ज्योति बीती 8 अगस्त से लापता बताई जा रही थी। इस बात को लेकर जोगिंद्रनगर थाना में प्राथमिकी भी दर्ज थी और ज्योति के मायके वालों ने ससुराल वालों पर प्रताड़ित करने के आरोप भी लगाए थे। बताया जा रहा है कि जिस दिन ज्योति लापता हुई उस दिन भी पति-पत्नी में किसी बात को लेकर कहासुनी हुई थी। पुलिस ने लापता ज्योति को हर जगह तलाशने की कोशिश की लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिली। न तो ज्योति का कोई फोन नंबर चल रहा था और न ही किसी ने उसे कहीं आते-जाते देखा था।ज्योति की गुमशुदगी को लेकर मायकेवालों ने जमकर हंगामा भी किया था जिसके बाद पुलिस पर ज्योति को जल्द तलाशने का और ज्यादा दबाव बन गया था। ज्योति की माता सावित्री देवी और पिता बृजभूषण ने सीएम जयराम ठाकुर से बेटी को जिंदा या मुर्दा मिलाने की माग की थी। सावित्री देवी ने कहा था कि बेटी की साजिश के तहत हत्या कर दी गई है। ज्योति की हत्या हुई या उसने आत्महत्या की, इसकी पुलिस जाच कर रही है। ज्योति के पति पर प्रताड़ना का मामला पुलिस ने पहले दर्ज किया है। इसमें कुछ अन्य धाराओं को पुलिस जोड़कर जाच आगे बढ़ाएगी।
मंगलवार को ज्योति के घर के पीछे वाले जंगल से गांव का ही एक शख्स गुजरा तो उसे गली सड़ी अवस्था में एक शव दिखाई दिया। उसने इसकी जानकारी पुलिस को दी। जोगिंद्रनगर थाना पुलिस और अन्य फारेंसिक व एक्सपर्ट टीम ने मौके पर आकर शव को कब्जे में भी लिया और साक्ष्य भी जुटाए। ज्योति का शव यहां पेड़ पर लटका हुआ था और काफी समय बीत जाने पर वह गल सड़ कर नीचे नाले में जा गिरा। पेड़ पर एक रस्सी लटकी हुई मिली है। ज्योति ने खुद आत्महत्या की है या फिर उसे मारकर लटकाया गया था, इस बात का पता जांच में ही चल पाएगा। फिलहाल पुलिस ने मामले में 306 धारा को जोड़ते हुए ज्योति के पति शिव कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। डीएसपी पधर लोकेंद्र नेगी ने मामले की पुष्टि की है।उन्होंने बताया कि आज शव का पोस्टमार्टम टांडा मेडिकल कालेज में फारेंसिक टीम द्वारा किया जाएगा, उसके बाद शव परिजनों के हवाले किया जाएगा। मामले की पूरी गंभीरता से जांच पड़ताल की जा रही है।आज शव स्वजनों को सौंपा जा सकता है। इसके बाद पुलिस के पहरे में अंतिम संस्कार होने की संभावना हैं। इस मामले में मायके पक्ष की ससुराल पक्ष के खिलाफ हंगामे के आसार हैं। इसके मद्देनजर ससुराल में पुलिस का पहरा बढ़ा दिया गया है। भारी पुलिस बल तैनात कर दिया है।
