उपमंडल जुब्बल के छोटे से गांव नकराड़ी के रमन नेपटा ने बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल कर क्षेत्र और प्रदेश का नाम रोशन किया है। गृह रक्षा विभाग में वर्ष 2015 में बतौर कांस्टेबल भर्ती हुए रमन ने लगन और कर्तव्यनिष्ठा से कार्य करते हुए अब पदोन्नति पाकर प्रदेश के सबसे कम उम्र के कंपनी कमांडर बनने का गौरव प्राप्त किया है।
शिमला स्थित द्वितीय बटालियन के कमांडेंट आर.पी. नेपटा ने उन्हें कंपनी कमांडर का रैंक चिन्ह लगाकर सम्मानित किया।
रमन नेपटा की उपलब्धियों की सूची लंबी है। वर्ष 2022 में उन्हें डीजी होमगार्ड सम्मान से नवाजा गया था। इसके अलावा, 2023 में नागपुर से उन्होंने सिविल डिफेंस इंस्ट्रक्टर का विशेष कोर्स भी सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया।
रमन ने कहा कि वह विभाग की जिम्मेदारियों को पूरी ईमानदारी से निभाते हुए समाज की सेवा में सदैव तत्पर रहेंगे।
